Charles Schmidt, brings many years of mineral exploration research in Guyana, mining and finance experience to Guyana Gold Corp., where he currently serves as Chairman, CEO, and President.
Mr. Charles Schmidt has experience in public finance, investment banking, natural resource knowledge in the Guyana region and as a business development consultant. Since 2008, Mr. Schmidt & his team have been involved in the Guyana region covering explorations, geology, mine operations, consulting and corporate business development. Mr. Schmidt is seeking opportunities within Guyana region to expand mineral opportunities and gold productivity with team members within Guyana laying important ground work for expansions to come.
As President of Guyana Gold Corp. Mr. Schmidt's primary directive is to steer the company towards reaching its production and management objectives. Today though public and private financing, and future production revenues, he guides the Company into a new period of growth and transparency.
